This Schedule of Fees sets out the fees, charges and costs that may be applied to clients ("you", "Client") in connection with the services provided by Metra, including trading, custody, deposit and withdrawal of Virtual Assets, and related services.

Metra may amend this Schedule of Fees from time to time in accordance with the "Changes to this Schedule" section below.
1. General Principles
Transparency — All fees are disclosed on this page and/or within specific product or service documentation before being applied.
Currency of Fees — Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in USD-equivalent value or the relevant Virtual Asset used in the transaction.
Net of Network Fees — Blockchain network ("gas") fees are passed through at cost to the Client and are in addition to Metra’s own fees.
Third-Party Charges — Where third-party providers (e.g. custodians, banks, payment processors) apply fees, these may be passed through to the Client and will be disclosed where reasonably practicable.
2. Trading Fees (Spot Trading)
Metra applies a tiered trading fee model, based on the Client’s 30-day notional trading volume across supported trading pairs.
Note: Replace the example basis points (bps) with your final approved numbers before publishing.

Maker Fee: Charged when you add liquidity to the order book (e.g. limit orders not immediately matched).
Taker Fee: Charged when you remove liquidity (e.g. market orders and limit orders that match immediately).
2.2 Minimum Fee Per Trade
A minimum fee of [●] USD equivalent (or the Virtual Asset equivalent) may apply to each executed trade.
2.3 OTC / Block Trades
For larger, negotiated trades executed via OTC desks or block trading services:
Fees are set case-by-case, based on trade size, asset liquidity and market conditions.
Applicable fees will be agreed with the Client in advance and confirmed in the relevant trade confirmation.
3. Deposit Fees
3.1 Virtual Asset Deposits
Deposits of Virtual Assets to Metra wallets: Metra fee: 0 (no fee).
Network fee: payable by the sender as part of blockchain transaction costs.
3.2 Fiat Deposits (if applicable)
If fiat currency deposits are supported via bank transfer or payment processors:
Bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA / local rails): Metra fee: [0] – [●] (typically no Metra fee; Client pays bank charges).
Card deposits / payment processors (if enabled): Fee: [●]% of the deposit amount, subject to minimum [●] USD equivalent.
These fees depend on arrangements with banks/payment service providers and may change. Clients will be informed of applicable charges prior to deposit where possible.
4. Withdrawal Fees
4.1 Virtual Asset Withdrawals
When you withdraw Virtual Assets from Metra to an external wallet:
Network fee (gas): Charged at blockchain cost, dynamically calculated based on network conditions.
Metra withdrawal fee: A fixed fee or percentage per asset, e.g.:

*Metra may waive or adjust withdrawal fees for institutional or high-volume clients by separate agreement.
4.2 Fiat Withdrawals (if applicable)
If fiat withdrawals are supported:
Bank transfer: Metra fee: [●] USD equivalent per withdrawal (flat fee).
Bank or intermediary fees: passed through at cost.
5. Custody and Safekeeping Fees
Metra utilises a regulated third-party custodian for the safekeeping of Client Assets.
At present, Metra does not charge a separate custody or safekeeping fee to Clients. The cost of custody services may be embedded within other fees or subject to change in future. Any introduction of explicit custody fees will be notified to Clients in advance and reflected in an updated version of this Schedule.
6. Account Maintenance, Inactivity and Administrative Fees
Account Opening Fee: Currently 0 (no fee).
Inactivity Fee: Metra currently does not charge an inactivity fee.
Administrative / Manual Handling Fees: For complex or manual operations requested by the Client (e.g. custom reporting, bespoke reconciliations, special handling), Metra may apply an hourly or fixed administrative fee as agreed in writing with the Client in advance.
7. FX Conversion and Stablecoin Conversion Fees
Where applicable:
FX Conversion (fiat–fiat or fiat–stablecoin): Spread / margin: up to [●]% over the reference interbank rate or market rate displayed to the Client.
Stablecoin Conversion (e.g. USDT/USDC/other stablecoin pairs): Either charged as part of the trading fee or via a small conversion spread (up to [●]%) as displayed to the Client at execution.
8. Network Costs, Gas and Third-Party Fees
Blockchain network fees ("gas") are not controlled by Metra and depend on network congestion and protocol parameters.
Where withdrawals or on-chain operations are performed, these fees are:
Calculated at the time of the transaction; and
Either displayed to the Client and added to the total fee, or deducted from the withdrawal amount itself.
Any custodian, bank, exchange, or payment processor fees incurred on behalf of the Client may be passed through either as a direct charge or embedded within the overall fee quoted to the Client.
9. Tax
Any fees set out in this Schedule are exclusive of applicable taxes, including VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from their use of Metra’s services, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
10. Examples (Optional)
Example 1 – Standard Spot Trade
Client executes a taker trade of 100,000 USD equivalent in BTC/USDT.
Applicable tier: Tier 1 (0–1,000,000 USD volume).
Taker fee: 15 bps (0.15%).
Fee charged: 150 USD equivalent in quote asset (USDT).
Example 2 – Virtual Asset Withdrawal
Client withdraws 1 BTC.
Network fee: 0.0003 BTC (blockchain gas).
Metra withdrawal fee: 0.0007 BTC.
Total fee: 0.0010 BTC.
Net received by Client: 0.9990 BTC.
11. Changes to this Schedule
Metra may modify this Schedule of Fees from time to time to reflect:
Changes in market conditions;
Changes in third-party provider costs (e.g. custodian, banking, payment processors);
Regulatory changes or requirements; and
Introduction of new products or services.
Where changes are material and adverse to the Client:
Metra will provide advance notice via the website and/or direct communication; and
The revised Schedule will state its effective date.
